FAQ
I am using 2 ventilators (shared bathroom and bathroom in master bedroom) and they make different noises. Why is this?
Even the same products can make different noises depending on resistance of flexible (duct), length, and capacity.
I need to do direct connection of wires of ventilator. How do I do it?
We do not recommend direct connection. There could be safety issues or malfunctioning when not connected properly. Under unavoidable circumstances, please use proper connector for direct connection current and check for waterproof and insulation issues.
There is a ventilation window on the wall, but can I have ventilator for ceiling installed?
We recommend you to install wall type on a wall for safety reasons.
I would like to only buy the lid of ventilator.
The products are sold as a set, and it is not possible to purchase only the lid.
I am currently using a product from different company. Can I replace it with HIMPEL ventilator?
If it is with same standards, it is easy to replace, but if it is different, you may need separate installation work to be done.
I purchased motorized damper, but it does not close.
You need to charge it before you use it for the first time. Please charge it for 3 to 5 minutes before use.
I hear a weird noise even when I am not using the ventilator.
For the products with backdraft damper, it is possible for the damper to be opened and closed due to draught and make noises. There is nothing wrong with the product.
Water is dropping from the ventilator.
If it is installed in a place where draught is coming in, condensation may occur due to temperature difference, which causes water drops to be created. Please make sure external air is not directly in contact through maintenance.
Can I run the ventilator 24 hours?
Yes, it is ok.
